Dave Portnoy, the founder and president of Barstool Sports, has launched a fund to bail out small businesses that have been hurt by the pandemic and government shutdowns. Reaching into his own pockets, he wants to help small businesses stay afloat and he is challenging others to join him for the cause. He calls it the Barstool Fund and he is using his incredible social reach to spread the word.

As of writing, Portnoy has raised 8.9 million dollars from 77,734 supporters. Watch the total funds climb and/or contribute yourself by visiting https://www.barstoolsports.com/the-barstool-fund.
