GERALDO RIVERA, HOST OF MURDER IN THE FAMILY, REPORTS ON LIFE IN QUARANTINE AND HIS OPTIMISM FOR THE RE-OPENING OF BUSINESSES.
“I just wanted to say Hi to all my REELZ family. Thank you for Season 2 of Murder in the Family, we’re very excited about it. We are looking forward to get going on the production. Life here in quarantine has pretty much been going on as it has been. Gradually, as you know, society is re-opening in Ohio and across the country. My business friends in the community have really suffered from the quarantine, from the shutdown. So obviously the loosening of restrictions is beng greeted, of course with with caution, of course with social distancing and mask-wearing and all the rest of it. But there’s optimism. Optimism that the worst of this pandemic is behind us.”
Geraldo Rivera supports local charities in his community of Shaker Heights Ohio, including the Greater Cleveland Food Bank.

“We continue to support the Cleveland Food Bank and other charities. We feel it is very essential that in this crisis we don’t leave the weakest and the poorest behind. We’ve got to be compassionate and generous. I think that’s very, very important.”
“I also feel that life goes on. And the reopening is necessary. It’s being conducted in a prudent manner, Social distancing, hand-washing, people being reasonable and prudent and, you know, getting back to normalcy. I think it’s very, very important.”
